Abstract
INDONESIA:
Generasi muda saat ini menghadapi masalah yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan moral. Hal yang menyedihkan dari rusaknya moral yang berhubungan dengan etika terhadap orang yang lebih tua, guru, dan teman, serta pertimbangan etika seputar penggunaan teknologi, yaitu social media. Banyak ditemukan fenomena terkait krisis moral, contohnya viralnya video di sosial media tentang segerombolan pelajar yang menendang nenek, hal tersebut sangat tidak pantas dilakukan oleh seorang pelajar. Kemendikbudristek yang dipimpin oleh Menteri Nadiem Anwar Makarim telah mengimplementasikan perubahan yang penting dalam kurikulum Pendidikan, yakni peralihan dari kurikulum 13 ke model kurikulum Merdeka. Kerangka kerja kurikulum sebelumnya disebut sebagai kurikulum prototipe, telah mengalami modifikasi untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitasnya. Kurikulum yang telah direvisi menekankan pada elemen-elemen fundamental. Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu solusi untuk membentuk pribadi peserta didik yang lebih baik.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan mengungkapkan pelaksanaan dan peran P5 dan PPRA di MAN 1 Pangkalpinang. Dengan sumber data melalui wawancara dengan tenaga pendidik dan pendidik di madrasah tersebut. Dari hasil wawancaraa diperoleh data bahwa Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Profil Pelajar Rahmatan lil ‘Alamin dalam Membentuk Karakter Unggul Siswa di MAN 1 Kota Pangkalpinang telah dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikannya ke semua mata Pelajaran. Upaya ini dilakukan dengan berbagai metode pembelajaran sesuai dengan karakter unggul yang akan dibangun. Namun yang lebih dominan adalah melalui keteladanan semua guru yang memberi contoh langsung kepada siswa.
Pembentukan Karakter Unggul Siswa melalui penerapan P5 dan PPRA sudah berhasil, meskipun ada indikasi karakter yang belum maksimal terbentuk, seperti karakter disiplin, kemandirian dan minat baca siswa. Banyak siswa yang datang terlambat, mengerjakan tugas minta bantuan teman dan kunjungan ke perpustakaan yang masih rendah.

Today's young generation faces problems related to moral issues. The sad thing about moral decay is that it relates to ethics towards elders, teachers, and friends, as well as ethical considerations around the use of technology, namely social media. There are many phenomena related to the moral crisis, for example the viral video on social media of a group of students kicking a grandmother, which is very inappropriate for a student to do. The Ministry of Education and Culture, led by Minister Nadiem Anwar Makarim, has implemented important changes in the education curriculum, namely the transition from Curriculum 13 to the Merdeka curriculum model. The curriculum framework, previously referred to as the prototype curriculum, has undergone modifications to increase its flexibility. The revised curriculum emphasizes fundamental elements. Character education is one of the solutions to form a better student's personality.
This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative method with the aim of revealing the implementation and role of P5 and PPRA at MAN 1 Pangkalpinang. With data sources through interviews with educators and educators in the madrasah. From the results of the interview, the data obtained that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project and the Rahmatan lil 'Alamin Student Profile in Shaping the Superior Character of Students at MAN 1 Pangkalpinang City have been carried out by integrating them into all subjects. This effort is carried out with various learning methods in accordance with the superior character to be built. But what is more dominant is through the example of all teachers who give direct examples to students.
The formation of Student Superior Character through the application of P5 and PPRA has been successful, although there are indications of characters that have not been maximally formed, such as the character of discipline, independence and students' interest in reading. Many students arrive late, do assignments asking for help from friends and visits to the library are still low.
