Abstract
INDONESIA:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbedaan struktur kurikulum, proses belajar mengajar, dan penilaian dari Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan jenis penelitian dekriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang. Data yang digunakan peneliti adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan prosedur analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa (a) Struktur Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang memiliki perbedaan dari sisi jam pelajaran, kebijakan pengaturan jam, dan pengelompokkan mata pelajaran. Selain itu, kompetensi dasar pada Kurikulum 2013 cukup padat, mencakup Kompetensi Dasar pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan tema-tema yang sudah ditentukan pemerintah. Sedangkan materi pelajaran pada Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan materi yang esensial dengan alokasi jam yang lebih fleksibel diatur oleh sekolah.(b) Proses belajar mengajar pada Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang memiliki perbedaan. Kurikulum 2013 dilaksanakan secara tematik dengan penilaian per pelajaran, sedangkan Kurikulum Merdeka dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan mata pelajaran. Metode dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan cukup bervariasi, baik Kurikulum 2013 maupun Kurikulum Merdeka. (c ) Penilaian pada Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang memiliki perbedaan. Kurikulum 2013 menggunakan kriteria ketuntasan minimal dengan prinsip ketuntasan dalam belajar di mana aspek sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan dibedakan penilaiannya. Sedangkan Kurikulum Merdeka menggunakan kriteria ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran dengan strategi diferensiasi dengan penilaian sikap,pengetahuan,dan keterampilan yang digabungkan. Dalam Kurikulum 2013, terdapat satu rapor yang berisikan sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan sedangkan pada Kurikulum Merdeka terdapat dua rapor yaitu rapor nilai pelajaran yang merupakan perpaduan nilai sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan serta rapor projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in curriculum structure, teaching and learning process, and assessment from the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka curriculum at SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang. This research is a field research with qualitative descriptive research type. The subjects of the study were principals, teachers, and students of SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang. The data used by researchers are primary and secondary data. The methods used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, researchers used the Miles and Huberman model data analysis procedure. The data obtained is analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (a) there are differences in the structure of the 2013 curriculum and the Merdeka curriculum at SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang in terms of class hours, clock setting policies, and subject grouping. In addition, the basic competencies in the 2013 Curriculum are quite solid, including Basic Competencies of knowledge and skills with themes that have been determined by the government. Meanwhile, the subject matter in the Independent Curriculum is essential material with a more flexible allocation of hours arranged by the school. (b) There are differences in the teaching and learning process in the 2013 Curriculum and the Independent Curriculum in SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang. The 2013 curriculum is implemented thematically with assessments per lesson, while the Merdeka Curriculum is implemented with a subject approach. The learning methods and media used are quite varied, both the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum. (c) There are differences in assessment in the 2013 Curriculum and the Independent Curriculum in SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang. The 2013 curriculum uses minimum completeness criteria with the principle of completeness in learning where aspects of attitudes, knowledge, and skills are differentiated. Meanwhile, the Independent Curriculum uses criteria for achieving learning objectives with a differentiation strategy with an assessment of attitudes, knowledge, and skills combined. In the 2013 Curriculum, there is one report card containing attitudes, knowledge, and skills while in the Independent Curriculum there are two report cards, namely the lesson value report card which is a combination of attitude, knowledge, and skill values and the project report card for strengthening the profile of Pancasila students.
