Abstract
INDONESIA
Pengawasan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) menduduki peran penting dalam upaya menjamin mutu pendidikan, khususnya dalam rangka pencapaian standar nasional pendidikan. Pengawas PAI pada sekolah di Kabupaten Bangka Barat hanya satu sejak tahun 2017. Berdasarkan PMA No. 2 Tahun 2012 pengawas PAI melaksanakan tugas kepengawasan terhadap paling minimal 20 GPAI pada TK, SD, SMP, dan/atau SMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kompetensi supervisi akademik dan kompetensi evaluasi pendidikan. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi telah digunakan dalam penelitian ini.
Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara untuk menjawab dua tujuan penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Miles dan Hubermen, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian pada kompetensi supervisi akademik adalah 1) Tugas dan fungsi pengawas PAI belum dilaksanakan sesuai dengan regulasi. 2) Kualifikasi pengawas PAI sudah sesuai. 3) Melalui kegiatan MGMP secara umum output GPAI sudah baik. 4) Pengawas berkontribusi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan keagamaan. 5) Dukungan pengawas kepada GPAI untuk berinovasi dan berkreasi. Adapun hasil penelitian pada kompetensi evaluasi pendidikan adalah 1) Monitoring pengawas terhadap penggunaan aplikasi SIAGA. 2) Adanya keterlibatan pengawas dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan untuk perbaikan mutu. 3) Kontribusi pengawas dalam membina guru untuk memanfaatkan hasil penelitian. 4) Monitoring dan evaluasi pengawas terhadap hasil PK Online PPKB GPAI.

Supervision of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays an important role in efforts to guarantee the quality of education, especially in the context of achieving national education standards. There has only been one PAI supervisor at schools in West Bangka Regency since 2017. Based on PMA No. 2 of 2012 PAI supervisors carry out supervisory duties on at least 20 GPAI in kindergarten, elementary, junior high and/or high school. This study aims to explain the competence of academic supervision and educational evaluation competence. A qualitative method with a phenomenological approach has been used in this study.
In collecting data, researchers used observation, documentation, and interviews to answer two research objectives. Data analysis in this study used Miles and Hubermen's data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of research on academic supervision competence are 1) The duties and functions of PAI supervisors have not been carried out in accordance with regulations. 2) The qualifications of PAI supervisors are appropriate. 3) Through MGMP activities in general the output of GPAI is good. 4) Supervisors contribute to the implementation of religious activities. 5) Supervisory support for GPAI to innovate and be creative. The results of research on educational evaluation competencies are 1) Supervisor monitoring of the use of the SIAGA application. 2) There is involvement of supervisors in the implementation of guidance for quality improvement. 3) Contribution of supervisors in fostering teachers to utilize research results. 4) Monitoring and evaluation of supervisors on the results of PK Online PPKB GPAI.
