Abstract

INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini berjudul “Hubungan Interpersonal Antara Ustaz dan Santri Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Menghafal Al-Qur’an (Studi Kasus Pada Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in Toboali Bangka Selatan dengan Teori Kebutuhan Hubungan Interpersonal Oleh William Schutz)”, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran hubungan interpersonal antara ustaz dan santri dalam meningkatkan semangat menghafal Al-Qur’an di pondok pesantren Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana peran hubungan interpersonal antara ustaz dan santri dalam meningkatkan semangat menghafal Al-Qur’an di pondok pesantren Tarbiyatul Mubtadi’in. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hubungan interpersonal yang baik antara ustaz dan santri di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Mubtadi'in berperan penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi menghafal Al-Qur’an, yang memiliki implikasi penting terhadap santri dalam mengatasi hambatan menghafalan Al-Qur’an dan memberi pendidik pemahaman lebih dalam tentang komunikasi interpersonal.

Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan agar adanya proses pendalaman analisis data, perluasan sampel, eksplorasi faktor lain yang mempengaruhi motivasi, implementasi temuan dalam pendidikan pesantren, dan penyusunan pedoman pembelajaran yang lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan ilmu di bidang hubungan interpersonal, Pendidikan, serta komunikasi, dan mem buka peluang untuk penelitian lanjutan yang dapat menguji lebih lanjut tentang eksplorasi lebih dalam tentang dinamika hubungan interpersonal, studi longitudinal, pendekatan kuantitatif, perbandingan pesantren tradisional dan modern, peran keluarga, serta pengembangan model motivasi berbasis hubungan interpersonal.

This study, entitled "Interpersonal Relationships Between Ustaz and Students in Increasing Motivation to Memorize the Qur'an (A Case Study at the Tarbiyatul Mubtadi'in Islamic Boarding School in Toboali, South Bangka, Using William Schutz's Theory of Interpersonal Relationship Needs)," aims to determine the role of interpersonal relationships between ustaz and students in increasing the enthusiasm for memorizing the Qur'an at the Tarbiyatul Mubtadi'in Islamic Boarding School.

This study used qualitative research methods. This study was conducted to identify the role of interpersonal relationships between ustaz and students in increasing the enthusiasm for memorizing the Qur'an at the Tarbiyatul Mubtadi'in Islamic Boarding School. The results indicate that good interpersonal relationships between ustaz and students at the Tarbiyatul Mubtadi'in Islamic Boarding School play a significant role in increasing motivation to memorize the Qur'an. This has important implications for students in overcoming obstacles to memorizing the Qur'an and providing educators with a deeper understanding of interpersonal communication.
Based on these results, it is recommended that there be a process of in-depth data analysis, sample expansion, exploration of other factors that influence motivation, implementation of findings in Islamic boarding school education, and the preparation of more comprehensive learning guidelines.

This study contributes to the development of science in the field of interpersonal relations, education, and communication, and opens opportunities for further research that can test further on deeper exploration of the dynamics of interpersonal relations, longitudinal studies, quantitative approaches, comparisons of traditional and modern Islamic boarding schools, the role of the family, and the development of a motivation model based on interpersonal relations.
