Abstract
INDONESIA:
Bullying di lingkungan sekolah masih menjadi permasalahan serius yang berdampak negatif pada kesejahteraan psikologis siswa, prestasi akademik, serta iklim belajar yang kondusif. Meskipun Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan Budi Pekerti telah diajarkan di sekolah sebagai instrumen pembentukan karakter, kasus bullying masih sering terjadi, termasuk di SMAN 2 Tanjungpandan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi optimalisasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan Budi Pekerti dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying di SMAN 2 Tanjungpandan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengkaji bagaimana realisasi dari strategi tersebut di lingkungan sekolah. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dampak optimalisasi pembelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitan ini ada dua, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi teknik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi optimalisasi pembelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti dalam mengatasi bullying di SMAN 2 Tanjungpandan dilakukan melalui pendekatan tematik integratif, pembiasaan nilai Islami, serta keteladanan guru. Strategi ini direalisasikan dengan pembelajaran yang terstruktur dan kolaboratif, penggunaan metode interaktif seperti diskusi dan simulasi, serta penciptaan lingkungan yang mendukung refleksi dan diskusi. Dampaknya terlihat dalam peningkatan kesadaran siswa terhadap perilaku bullying, perubahan sikap menjadi lebih empati, serta terbentuknya lingkungan kelas yang lebih kondusif dan harmonis. Siswa menunjukkan perubahan dalam cara berinteraksi dan lebih berhati-hati dalam ucapan serta tindakan, mencerminkan internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Bullying in the school environment is still a serious problem that negatively affects students' psychological well-being, academic achievement, and a conducive learning climate. Although Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Budi Pekerti have been taught in schools as instruments of character building, bullying cases still occur frequently, including at SMAN 2 Tanjungpandan.
This study aims to describe the optimization strategy of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Budi Pekerti learning in overcoming bullying behavior at SMAN 2 Tanjungpandan. In addition, this study also examines how the realization of these strategies in the school environment. Furthermore, this study describes the impact of optimizing Islamic Religious Education and Culture learning in overcoming bullying behavior.
This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of research applied in this research is a case study. There are two data sources in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity test uses source triangulation and technique triangulation.
The results showed that the strategy of optimizing PAI and Budi Pekerti learning in overcoming bullying at SMAN 2 Tanjungpandan was carried out through an integrative thematic approach, Islamic value habituation, and teacher exemplary. This strategy is realized with structured and collaborative learning, the use of interactive methods such as discussion and simulation, and the creation of an environment that supports reflection and discussion. The impact is seen in the increase in student awareness of bullying behavior, changes in attitudes to become more empathetic, and the formation of a more conducive and harmonious classroom environment. Students show changes in the way they interact and are more careful in their speech and actions, reflecting the internalization of character values in their daily lives.
