Abstract
INDONESIA:
Peningkatan jumlah Rumah Tahfizh di Indonesia menunjukkan besarnya perhatian masyarakat terhadap pendidikan Al-Qur’an. Namun, masih banyak santri yang belum mampu mengelola hafalan mereka secara mandiri dan konsisten, khususnya di luar waktu belajar formal. Permasalahan ini mengindikasikan perlunya media bantu yang dapat membantu menumbuhkan disiplin dan kemandirian santri dalam proses tahfizh. Oleh karena itu, adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan kartu mutaba’ah tahfizh dalam meningkatkan self-management santri Rumah Tahfizh Al-Huda Pangkalpinang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pra-eksperimental tipe one group pretest-posttest design. Sample penelitian terdiri dari 30 santri kelas tahfizh Al-Huda Pangkalpinang yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan skala psikologi skala Self-Management yang dikembangkan oleh Rapika berdasarkan empat aspek yang dikemukakan oleh Gie, yakni: pendorongan diri, penyusunan diri, pengendalian diri, dan pengembangan diri.
Skala ini diuji menggunakan software JASP 0.18.0.1 dan menghasilkan 16 item valid dengan nilai r > 0,361. Uji reliabilitas menghasilkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,775. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test setelah memenuhi syarat normalitas (sig. > 0,05). Hasil uji Paired Sample T-Test menunjukkan signifikansi dengan nilai p = 0,000 < 0,05 yang mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian kartu mutaba’ah tahfizh terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan self-management santri baik dalam hal disiplin, motivasi internal dan penguatan kebiasaan positif santri.

The increasing number of Rumah Tahfizh in Indonesia reflects the growing public concern and interest in Qur’anic education. However, many santri (students) still struggle to manage their memorization independently and consistently, especially outside of formal learning hours. This issue indicates the need for a supportive medium that can foster discipline and independence in the tahfizh learning process. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of using the mutaba’ah tahfizh card in improving the self-management of students at Rumah Tahfizh Al-Huda Pangkalpinang.
This study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design of the one-group pretest-posttest type. The research sample consisted of 30 students from the tahfizh class at Al-Huda Pangkalpinang, selected through purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was a psychological self-management scale developed by Rapika, based on the four aspects proposed by Gie, namely: self-motivation, self-planning, self-control, and self-development.
The scale was tested using JASP software version 0.18.0.1 and produced 16 valid items with correlation values (r) > 0.361. The reliability test yielded a Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0.775. The data were analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test after fulfilling the normality assumption (sig. > 0.05). The results of the Paired Sample T-Test showed a significance value of p = 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of the mutaba’ah tahfizh card is proven to be effective in improving students’ self-management, particularly in terms of discipline, internal motivation, and the reinforcement of positive habits.
