Abstract

INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengoptimalkan Program Guru Penggerak di SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Mendo Barat. Program ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran melalui pengembangan kompetensi guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penlitian lapangan (field researsh). Sedangkan metode analisisnya menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif.

Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan manajemen pendidikan, sedangkan teori yang digunakan adalah teori optimalisasi dengan teknik pengumpuilan data terdiri dari wawancara, observasi, dan survei terhadap guru, kepala sekolah, dan pengawas.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Program Guru Penggerak telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan mengajar guru dan motivasi siswa. Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam hal dukungan sumber daya, pelatihan berkala, dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi kepala sekolah, peningkatan fasilitas belajar, serta kolaborasi yang lebih erat antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan Program Guru Penggerak dapat menjadi model yang berkelanjutan untuk pengembangan pendidikan di daerah lain.

ENGLISH
This study aims to evaluate and optimize the Teacher Mover Program in Public Elementary Schools throughout Mendo Barat District. This program is designed to improve the quality of teaching and learning through teacher competency development. This type of research is field research. While the analysis method uses qualitative descriptive.

The approach to this research is the educational management approach, while the theory used is the optimization theory with data collection techniques consisting of interviews, observations, and surveys of teachers, principals, and supervisors.

The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Teacher Mover Program has had a positive impact on improving teacher teaching skills and student motivation. However, there are challenges in terms of resource support, regular training, and community involvement. This study recommends leadership training for principals, improving learning facilities, and closer collaboration between schools, parents, and the community. With these steps, it is hoped that the Teacher Mover Program can become a sustainable model for educational development in other areas.
