Abstract
ENGLISH:
The purposes of this study were to determine 1) students' study habits, 2) difference in study habits between students, 3) and whether there was any significant correlation between study habits and English achievement at MA Nurul Falah. This study used a quantitative method with a correlational design. The population of this study was all the tenth grade students of MA Nurul Falah, totaling 158 students, with a total sample of 40 students. The results showed that students' study habits were in the excellent category, with an mean score of 74.40.
Then, the result of the differences in students study habits, it found that there were significant differences between the study habits of male and female students. In addition, the results of the correlation coefficient calculation showed that the rxy value was 0.332, while the r table value at a significance level of 5% was 0.312. Because rxy 0.332 > r table 0.,312. It could be concluded that there was a significant correlation between study habits and students' English achievement, although the correlation was low. Furthermore, there were factors influenced students' study habits, such as motivation, concentration, and time management.
