Abstract

INDONESIA :
Proses peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang diharapkan semakin bermutu, peran pendidikan menjadi sangat krusial. Pendidikan juga diharapkan mampu membentuk karakteristik bangsa yang intelek, maju di berbagai bidang, serta membentuk perilaku, etika, dan moral yang positif. Semua ini bertujuan agar individu memiliki bekal yang cukup untuk menghadapi persaingan di era kompetitif ini. Selain itu, salah satu peran utama pendidikan yaitu mempersiapkan generasi muda sebagai global citizenship untuk menghadapi tantangan zaman. Hakikat pendidikan karakter dalam konteks pendidikan Indonesia adalah pendidikan nilai-nilai luhur yang bersumber dari budaya bangsa Indonesia sendiri dalam rangka membina kepribadian generasi muda.

Penelitian ini terdapat dua pokok permasalahan, yaitu: pertama, Bagaimana pengembangan karakter profil pelajar pancasila di SD Negeri 47 Pangkalpinang. Kedua, Bagaimana hasil pengembangan karakter profil pelajar pancasila di SD Negeri 47 Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pegembangkan karakter Profil pelajar Pancasila dan hasilnya di SD Negeri 47 pangkalpinang. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat lapangan (field research). Data yang diperoleh dalam tesis ini adalah berasal dari beberapa tahapan dan proses, diantaranya adalah dari wawancara langsung kepada beberapa informan. Serta data selanjutnya yang penulis gunakan adalah dari berbagai arsip sekolah dan sumber digital lainnya.

Hasil temuan penulis menunjukkan: pertama, dalam penerapan karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila ditemukan dimensi atau komponen karakter, yaitu: (1) beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME dan berakhlak mulia, (2) berkebinekaan global, (3) bergotong royong, (4) mandiri, (5) bernalar kritis, dan (6) kreatif. Selain itu, dimensi berkebinekan global menjadi salah satu karakter dalam Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang dapat memperkuat konsep masyarakat global. Kedua, untuk membentuk karakter melalui Profil Pelajar Pancasila tersebut maka dapat diwujudkan melalui 3 hal, yaitu: kegiatan pembiasaan ekstrakulikuler dan intrakulikuler, guru sebagai contoh dalam pembentukan karakter siswa, menciptakan SDM yang berpikir produktif dan berkualitas.

ABSTRACT
In the process of improving the quality of human resources which is expected to be of higher quality, the role of education becomes very crucial. Education is also expected to be able to form the characteristics of a nation that is intellectual, advanced in various fields, and forms positive behavior, ethics and morals. All of this aims to ensure that individuals have sufficient provisions to face competition in this competitive era. Apart from that, one of the main roles of education is to prepare the young generation as global citizens to face the challenges of the times. The essence of character education in the context of Indonesian education is education of noble values originating from the culture of the Indonesian nation itself in order to develop the personality of the younger generation.
This research has two main problems, namely: first, how to develop the character profile of Pancasila students at SD Negeri 47 Pangkalpinang. Second, what are the results of developing the character profile of Pancasila students at SD Negeri 47 Pangkalpinang. This research aims to find out how to develop the character of the Pancasila student profile and the results at SD Negeri 47 Batangpinang. The type of research that the author uses in this thesis is qualitative field research. The data obtained in this thesis comes from several stages and processes, including direct interviews with several informants. And the next data that the author uses is from various school archives and other digital sources.
The results of the author's findings show: first, in the application of the Pancasila Student Profile character, dimensions or components of character were found, namely: (1) having faith, being devoted to God Almighty and having noble character, (2) global diversity, (3) working together, (4) being independent , (5) critical reasoning, and (6) creative. Apart from that, the dimension of global diversity is one of the characteristics in the Pancasila Student Profile which can strengthen the concept of global society. Second, to shape character through the Pancasila Student Profile, it can be realized through 3 things, namely: extracurricular and intracurricular habituation activities, teachers as examples in forming student character, creating human resources who think productively and have quality.
