INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh konflik peran ganda terhadap tingkat stres kerja pada dosen wanita di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung. Berdasarkan hasil sampling diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 44 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model skala likert melalui dua variabel, yaitu konflik peran ganda dan stres kerja.

Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 kemudian hasil penelitian Konflik peran ganda berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat stres kerja dosen wanita di Institut Agama
Islam Negeri Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,720. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,451 mengindikasikan bahwa konflik peran ganda berkontribusi sebesar 45,1% terhadap stres kerja, sementara 54,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

ENGLISH:
This study aims to examine the influence of dual role conflict on work stress levels among female lecturers at the State Islamic Institute of Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung. Based on sampling results, the study obtained a total sample of 44 respondents using the total sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale model with two variables: dual role conflict and work stress. The results of simple linear regression analysis indicate that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, with a significance
value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, the findings reveal that dual role conflict has a positive and significant effect on the work stress levels of female lecturers at the State Islamic Institute of Syaikh Abdurrahman Siddik Bangka Belitung, with a regression coefficient of 0.720. The R Square value
of 0.451 indicates that dual role conflict contributes 45.1% to work stress, while the remaining 54.9% is influenced by other factors beyond this study.
