Abstract

INDONESIA:
Pasal 1 angka 10 Undang-undang Nomor 33 tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal disebutkan bahwa “sertifikat halal adalah pengakuan kehalalan produk yang dikeluarkan oleh BPJPH berdasarkan fatwa halal tertulis yang dikeluarkan oleh MUI. Sertifikat halal termasuk syarat bagi pelaku usaha untuk mendapatkan ijin mencantumkan labeb halal pada kemasan produk dari instansi yang berwenang. UMKM di Bangka Selatan masih sangat minim yang produk usaha bersertifikat halal. Diterminana preferensi pelaku UMKM di Bangka Selatan mengurus sertifikat halal penting untuk dilakukan. Sehingga tercapai tujuan sertifikat halal yaitu untuk memberikan kepastian status kehalalan suatu produk sebagai bentuk pemenuhan hak konsumen. Keyakinan konsumen terhadap kehalalan suatu produk akan mempengaruhi jumlah pembelian konsumen terhadap produk tersebut.

Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab pertanyaan : (1) Bagaimana program sertififkat halal berpengaruh terhadap preferensi pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan mengurus sertifikat halal?, (2) Bagaimana program halal awarnesss berpengaruh terhadap preferensi pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan mengurus sertifikat halal?, (3) Bagaimana program sertifikat halal dan halal awarness berpengaruh terhadap preferensi pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan mengurus sertifikat halal secara simultan?.

Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, variabel X1 (Program sertifikat halal) penting untuk dilakukan bagi setiap produk UMKM dengan nilai persentase 96,00% dari 480 skor total penilaian dengan nilai skor maksimal sebesar 500. Variabel X2 (halal awarness) perolehan persentase 93,60% dari 468. Variabel Y (preferensi) konsumen cebderung mengkonsumsi/membeli lebih banyak barang dan jasa yang sudah bersertifikat halal sebesar 92,00% dari total skor 460/500 yang diberikan 100 responden.

Article 1 number 10 of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance states that "a halal certificate is an acknowledgment of the halal status of a product issued by BPJPH based on a written halal fatwa issued by the MUI. Halal certificates are a requirement for business actors to obtain permission to include a halal label on product packaging from authorized agencies. MSMEs in South Bangka still have very few halal certified business products. Diterminana preferences of MSME actors in South Bangka in managing halal certificates are important to do. So that the purpose of the halal certificate is achieved, namely to provide certainty of the halal status of a product as a form of fulfilling consumer rights. Consumer confidence in the halal status of a product will affect the amount of consumer purchases of the product. This study is intended to answer the questions: (1) How does the halal certificate program affect the preferences of MSMEs in South Bangka Regency to apply for halal certificates?, (2) How does the halal awareness program affect the preferences of MSMEs in South Bangka Regency to apply for halal certificates?, (3) How do the halal certificate program and halal awareness affect the preferences of MSMEs in South Bangka Regency to apply for halal certificates simultaneously?. The results of this study found that variable X1 (Halal certificate program) is important to be carried out for every MSME product with a percentage value of 96.00% of the 480 total assessment scores with a maximum score of 500. Variable X2 (halal awareness) obtained a percentage of 93.60% of 468. Variable Y (preference) consumers tend to consume/buy more goods and services that have been halal certified by 92.00% of the total score of 460/500 given by 100 respondents.
