Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh guru PAI. Kompetensi ini berkaitan dengan kemampuan guru PAI dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran. Salah satu aspek pent ing dalam kompetensi pedagogik adalah kemampuan guru PAI dalam membuat instrumen penilaian hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI dalam membuat instrumen penilaian hasil belajar jenjang pendidikan menengah di Kabupaten Bangka Barat tahun pelajaran 2023/2024.
Penelit ian ini menggunakan metode kualitat if dengan pendekatan studi lapangan (field reaseach). Informan penelit ian ini berjumlah 5 orang guru PAI yang berasal dari 2 sekolah menengah negeri di Kecamatan Mentok Kabupaten Bangka Barat serta berada dibawah binaan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
Hasil penelit ian ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI dalam membuat instrumen penilaian hasil belajar siswa di Kabupaten Bangka Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024 masih perlu ditingkatkan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa temuan penelit ian, sepert i masih terdapat guru PAI yang belum memahami secara mendalam tentang konsep dan prinsip penilaian, serta masih terdapat instrumen penilaian yang dibuat oleh guru PAI belum memenuhi standar validitas, reliabilitas, dan objektivitas.
Oleh karena itu, kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI dalam membuat instrumen penilaian hasil belajar siswa perlu dit ingkatkan melalui kegiatan bimbingan teknis, workshop ataupun pelat ihan yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan melibatkan berbagai pihak, seperti guru PAI, sekolah, dan pemerintah

Pedagogical competency is one of the competencies that PAI teachers must have. This competency is related to the PAI teacher's abilit y to plan, implement and evaluate the learning process. Pedagogical competency is one of the important aspects of is the PAI teacher's abilit y to create learning outcome assessment instruments. This research aims to analyze the pedagogical competency of PAI teachers in creating instruments for assessing learning outcomes at secondary education level in Bangka Barat Regency in the academic year of 2023/2024.
This research uses a qualit ative method with a field research approach. The informants for this research were 5 PAI teachers who came from 2 state secondar y schools in Mentok District, Bangka Barat Regency and were under the supervision of the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Education Service.
The results of this research show that PAI teachers' pedagogical competency in creating instruments for assessing student learning outcomes in Bangka Barat Regency in the academic year of still needs to be improved. This can be seen from several research findings, such as that there are still PAI teachers who do not understand in depth the concepts and principles of assessment, and there are still assessment instruments created by PAI teachers that do not meet the standards of validit y, reliabilit y and object ivit y.
Therefore, PAI teachers' pedagogical competency in creat ing instruments for assessing student learning outcomes needs to be improved through technical guidance, workshops or training act ivit ies which are carried out on an ongoing basis and involve various parties, such as PAI teachers, schools and the government.
