Abstract
ENGLISH:
The objectives of the research were to know the implementation of Busy Pictures in Improving Students’ Vocabulary mastery to find out whether there was any significant difference of vocabulary mastery between the students by Busy Pictures and students who were taught without busy pictures at SMP N 6 Sungai Selan. In this research the researcher used quantitative approach with quasi-experimental design. The sample of this research was VIII B and VIIIC that consisted 66 students determined by using saturation sampling. Next, the result of independent sample post test experimental and control group found that t-obtained in equal variances assumed was 3.056. Comparing the t-obtained 3.056 and t-table was 2.00 and degre of freedom was 64. Since p-output or the significant (2-tailed) was 0.03 lower than computation with level significant 0.05 and t-obtained 3.056 was higher that t-table 2.00. It means that there was a significant difference between the postest in experimental and control group. Therefore, the implementation of Busy Pictures could motivate students to fulfill all aspects of observation effectively.
