Abstract

INDONESIA

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat membawa perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dunia pendidikan. Pondok pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan tradisional dituntut untuk beradaptasi dengan era digital dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan pengelola Pondok Pesantren Al-Islam Kemuja dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Al-Islam Kemuja.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala madrasah, guru-guru, dan beberapa santri MA Al-Islam Kemuja. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan pengelola Pondok Pesantren Al-Islam Kemuja dalam menerapkan Pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Al-Islam Kemuja sudah siap namun masih perlu ditingkatkan. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesiapan tersebut meliputi infrastruktur, sumber daya manusia, kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, dan dukungan manajemen. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa perlu dilakukan beberapa langkah strategis untuk Peningkatan keterampilan menggunakan teknologi perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, baik bagi guru maupun santri. Hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan workshop. Pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Model pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pesantren. Dengan meningkatkan kesiapan pengelola pesantren dalam implementasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di pesantren.

Rapid technological developments have brought changes in various aspects of life, including the world of education. Islamic boarding schools as traditional educational institutions are required to adapt to the digital era by integrating technology in the learning process. This research aims to analyze the readiness of the Al-Islam Kemuja Islamic Boarding School management in implementing technology-based learning at the Kemuja Al-Islam Islamic Boarding School Madrasah Aliyah.
This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with madrasa heads, teachers and several students of MA Al-Islam Kemuja. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques.
The results of the research show that the readiness of the Al-Islam Kemuja Islamic Boarding School management in implementing technology-based learning at the Kemuja Al-Islam Islamic Boarding School Madrasah Aliyah is ready but still needs to be improved. Factors that influence readiness include infrastructure, human resources, curriculum, learning methods, and management support. Based on research findings, it was concluded that several strategic steps need to be taken to improve skills in using technology on an ongoing basis, both for teachers and students. This can be done through training and workshops. Development of technology-based learning models. The right technology-based learning model can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. Therefore, it is necessary to develop technology-based learning models that suit the needs of Islamic boarding schools. By increasing the readiness of Islamic boarding school managers in implementing technology-based learning, it is hoped that they can improve the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools.
