Abstract

INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying melalui Strategi pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kota Pangkal Pinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi (sebagai data penunjang) yang bersumber dari Kepala Madrasah, guru kelas, guru PAI dan siswa selaku korban bullying. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat bullying dalam bentuk fisik dan verbal pada siswa/siswi akan tetapi lebih banyak yang melakukan bullying verbal di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kota Pangkal Pinang karena mudah untuk dilakukan. Madrasah telah melaksanakan berbagai strategi pada siswa kelas tinggi maupun kelas rendah dengan pendekatan berbasis program anti bullying dan budaya sekolah. Strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying melalui berbagai cara serta kebijakan yang dibuat pada siswa kelas tinggi maupun rendah ialah dengan Pembiasaan dan penanaman karakter yang baik, Membentuk nilai persahabatan antar siswa, Memotivasi siswa untuk memiliki jiwa sosial, aktif dan berprestasi, Bimbingan secara kelompok dan individu, Memberi peringatan dan hukuman kepada pelaku bullying, Melakukan sosialisasi perilaku bullying, Melibatkan orang tua dalam proses pencegahan bullying dan Program anti bullying seperti spanduk dan poster di lingkungan Madrasah. Adapun Pola Strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kota Pangkal Pinang yaitu Menenangkan yang melapor, Menenangkan yang dibulli serta memanggil pembulli dan Menemukan mereka dalam satu tempat atau tidak menemukan mereka dan menemukan mereka dalam satu tempat lalu menyuruh mereka berdamai di akhir.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying melalui strategi pada siswa kelas tinggi dan rendah telah terlaksana dengan baik, guru diharapkan dapat menjadikan siswa berperilaku baik, terjauhi dari bullying serta menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter baik di kehidupan sehari-hari.

Kata-kata Kunci: Strategi, Guru, Bullying.

ENGLISH:
This study aims to analyze teacher strategies in overcoming bullying behavior through Strategies at the State Elementary Madrasah in Pangkal Pinang City. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation techniques (as supporting data) sourced from the Head of Madrasah, class teachers, Islamic Religious Education teachers and students as victims of bullying. Data validity testing uses source triangulation and technique triangulation.

The results of the study showed that there was bullying in physical and verbal forms on students, but more people did verbal bullying at the State Elementary School in Pangkal Pinang City because it was easy to do. The school has implemented various strategies for high and low grade students with an approach based on anti-bullying programs and school culture. The teacher's strategy in overcoming bullying behavior through various methods and policies made for high and low grade students is through habituation and instilling good character, forming friendship values between students, motivating students to have a social spirit, be active and achieve, group and individual guidance, giving warnings and punishments to bullies, socializing bullying behavior, involving parents in the bullying prevention process and anti-bullying programs such as banners and posters in the school environment. The teacher's strategy pattern in overcoming bullying behavior at the State Elementary School in Pangkal Pinang City is to calm the report, calm the bullied and call the bully and find them in one place or not find them and find them in one place then tell them to make peace at the end.

Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the teacher's strategy in overcoming bullying behavior through strategies for high and low grade students has been implemented well, teachers are expected to be able to make students behave well, stay away from bullying and apply good character values in everyday life.
