Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis strategi serta implementasi pembelajaran blended learning melalui Learning Management System (LMS) di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah urgensi madrasah dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi pembelajaran sesuai tuntutan Kurikulum Merdeka dan transformasi digital pendidikan. Adanya kesenjangan antara kebijakan adopsi teknologi dengan strategi manajerial yang terstruktur menjadi fokus utama
Rumusan masalah penelitian ini mencakup: (1) bagaimana strategi pembelajaran blended learning melalui LMS yang diterapkan, dan (2) bagaimana implementasi blended learning dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di madrasah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña , didukung oleh triangulasi sumber dan teknik untuk memastikan keabsahan temuan.
Analisis teoretis menggunakan dua kerangka utama: Manajemen Strategi Fred R. David untuk membedah strategi kelembagaan, dan Model Blended Learning Charles R. Graham untuk menganalisis praktik implementasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran blended learning disusun secara sistematis melalui tiga tahap manajerial David: formulasi (penyelarasan visi digital dan Renstra), implementasi (kebijakan operasional LMS, pelatihan guru, dan penguatan infrastruktur), serta evaluasi (monitoring aktivitas LMS dan supervisi digital). Adapun implementasi blended learning telah mencapai tiga kategori Graham: enabling blends (memfasilitasi akses digital), enhancing blends (meningkatkan kualitas interaksi), dan transforming blends (menghasilkan inovasi pedagogik seperti flipped classroom dan project-based learning digital).
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi dan implementasi LMS di MAN 1 Pangkalpinang telah dirancang secara sistematis, menghasilkan transformasi pembelajaran yang signifikan. Tesis ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model sintesis antara manajemen strategi dan pedagogi digital dalam konteks pendidikan Islam.

This study aims to describe and analyze the strategy and implementation of blended learning through a Learning Management System (LMS) at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang. The background of this research is the urgency for madrasahs to integrate learning technology in accordance with the demands of the Merdeka Curriculum and the digital transformation of education. The gap between technology adoption policies and structured managerial strategies becomes the main focus.
The research problems include: (1) how the blended learning strategy through LMS is implemented, and (2) how blended learning is applied in teaching and learning activities in the madrasah. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data are collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, supported by source and technique triangulation to ensure the validity of the findings.
The theoretical analysis uses two main frameworks: Strategic Management by Fred R. David to examine institutional strategies, and the Blended Learning Model by Charles R. Graham to analyze implementation practices.
The results show that the blended learning strategy is systematically structured through three managerial stages of David: formulation (alignment of digital vision and strategic planning), implementation (LMS operational policies, teacher training, and infrastructure strengthening), and evaluation (monitoring LMS activities and digital supervision). Meanwhile, the implementation of blended learning has reached three categories of Graham: enabling blends (facilitating digital access), enhancing blends (improving the quality of interaction), and transforming blends (producing pedagogical innovations such as flipped classroom and digital project-based learning).
This study concludes that the strategy and implementation of LMS at MAN 1 Pangkalpinang have been systematically designed, resulting in significant learning transformation. This thesis contributes to the development of a synthesis model between strategic management and digital pedagogy in the context of Islamic education.
