This study aims to determine the influence of Reward Giving on Student Learning Motivation in Learning English in Class VII of SMPN 1 Bakam. This study also wants to determine the relationship between reward giving and student learning motivation in learning English. This study uses a quantitative approach with a focus on correlational research. The researcher used a total sampling technique with a population of 2 classes with a total of 48 student respondents from class A and B as samples. The results of this study were analyzed using the SPSS version 26 program with a simple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that the variable of reward giving on student motivation in learning English at SMPN 1 Bakam was very high (21%) which was in the interval 64-67 with 10 rewards, high category (35%) which was in the interval 56-63 with 17 rewards, low category (27%) which was in the interval 48-55 with 13 responses and a rather low category (17) which was in the interval 39-47 with 8 responses.. In conclusion, giving rewards has a significant influence on learning motivation of SMPN 1 Bakam students.
