Abstract

INDONESIA :
Maraknya berbagai kasus kekerasan yang dialami oleh anak menjadi alasan kuat dibutuhkannya perlindungan atas hak - hak anak. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan sistem pendidikan yang mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dapat menghargai dan memenuhi hak - hak anak. SD Negeri 30 Pangkalpinang dan SD Negeri 37 Pangkalpinang merupakan sekolah yang mengimplementasikan program Sekolah Ramah Anak untuk merealisasikan hak anak atas pendidikan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji lebih rinci tentang mekanisme pelaksanaan dan upaya pemenuhan komponen Sekolah Ramah Anak di SD Negeri 30 Pangkalpinang dan SD Negeri 37 Pangkalpinang.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan model analisis Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup prosedur pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tekhnik.

Penelitian ini menemukan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Mekanisme pelaksanaan program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SD Negeri 30 Pangkalpinang dan SD Negeri 37 Pangkalpinang melalui empat tahapan yaitu persiapan dengan proses sosialisasi, pembuatan kebijakan/komitmen, dan pembentuk Tim SRA. Perencanaan dengan menyusun program - program inovasi yang mendukung keterlaksanaan SRA, pelaksanaan dengan melaksanakan program - program inovasi, dan tahapan monev dengan melibatkan tim internal sekolah. (2) Pemenuhan komponen Sekolah Ramah Anak di SD Negeri 30 Pangkalpinang dan SD Negeri 37 Pangkalpinang sudah memenuhi enam indikator Sekolah Ramah Anak dan untuk komponen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan terlatih hak hak anak, para guru dan tenaga kependidikan di kedua sekolah masih perlu mendapatkan pelatihan yang berkesinambungan terkait dengan hak – hak anak.

The rise in various cases of violence experienced by children is a strong reason for the need to protect children's rights. For this reason, an education system is needed that is able to create a learning environment that respects and fulfills children's rights. SD Negeri 30 Pangkalpinang and SD Negeri 37 Pangkalpinang are schools that implement the Child Friendly School program to realize children's rights to quality education. This research aims to examine in more detail the implementation mechanisms and efforts to fulfill Child Friendly School components at SD Negeri 30 Pangkalpinang and SD Negeri 37 Pangkalpinang.

This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Next, the data collected was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis model which includes data collection procedures, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques and technical triangulation.

This research found the following results: (1) The mechanism for implementing the Child Friendly School program at SD Negeri 30 Pangkalpinang and SD Negeri 37 Pangkalpinang through four stages, namely preparation with the socialization process, making policies/commitments, and forming an SRA Team. Planning by preparing innovation programs that support the implementation of SRA, implementation by implementing innovation programs, and monitoring and evaluation stages by involving the school's internal team. (2) Fulfillment of the Child-Friendly School component at SD Negeri 30 Pangkalpinang and SD Negeri 37 Pangkalpinang has met the six Child-Friendly School indicators and for the component of educators and education staff trained in children's rights, teachers and education staff at both schools still need to receive adequate training. sustainability related to children's rights.
