Abstract

INDONESIA
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Ada empat tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) Apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VI SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang?, (2) Apakah ada pengaruh kemampuan mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VI SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang?, dan (3) Apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kemampuan mengajar guru secara bersama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VI SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang?, serta (4) Seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kemampuan mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VI SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang?. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan diolah dengan perhitungan statistik, hasil pengolahan data selanjutnya ditafsirkan sesuai dengan masalah dan tujuan penelitian. Hasil pengolahan data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini tidak seluruhnya diterima, dengan didukung data empirik dapat ditafsirkan bahwa (1) Tidak ada pengaruh kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VI SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang. (2) Ada pengaruh kemampuan mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VI SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang. (3) Ada pengaruh kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan kemampuan mengajar guru secara bersama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VI SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang. (4) Besaran pengaruh baik secara sendiri maupun bersama masing-masing adalah 1,2 %, 30,4 %, dan 30,4 %. Rekomendasi disampaikan kepada semua pihak yang terkait seperti lembaga penyelenggara sekolah, kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa untuk menindaklanjuti hasil penelitian ini. Bagi peneliti lanjutan direkomendasikan untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan pendekatan dan metode yang berbeda.

This research was carried out at SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang for the
2022/2023 academic year. There are four objectives in this research, namely to find out (1) Is there an influence of the Principal's leadership on the learning achievement of class VI students at SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang?, (2) Is there an influence of the teacher's teaching ability on the learning achievement of class VI students at SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang?, and (3) Is there an influence of the principal's leadership and the teacher's teaching ability together on the learning achievement of class VI students at SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang?, and (4) How big is the influence of the principal's leadership and teacher's teaching ability on the learning achievement of class VI students of SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang? . This research uses quantitative methods, data is collected through questionnaires and processed using statistical calculations, the results of data processing are then interpreted according to the problem and research objectives. The results of data processing show that the hypothesis proposed in this research is not completely accepted, supported by empirical data it can be interpreted that (1) There is no influence of the Principal's leadership on the learning achievement of class VI students at SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang. (2) There is an influence of the teacher's teaching ability on the learning achievement of class VI students at SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang. (3) There is an influence of the Principal's leadership and the teacher's ability to teach together on the learning achievement of class VI students at SD Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang. (4) The magnitude of the influence both individually and collectively is 1.2%, 30.4% and 30.4% respectively.
Recommendations were conveyed to all related parties such as school organizing institutions, school principals, teachers and students to follow up on the results of this research. For advanced researchers, it is recommended to conduct further research with different approaches and methods.
