Abstract

This study aims: 1) the internalization of environmental care values through PAI learning at The Kacang Pedang Natural Elementary School Pangkalpinang, 2) the factors that influence the internalization of environmental care values through PAI learning at The Kacang Pedang Natural Elementary School Pangkalpinang. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data and data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and decision making. The results showed that: 1) The internalization of environmental care values through PAI learning consisted of the following aspects: a) Environmental care subjects in PAI subjects b) Learning methods consisting of lectures, discussions, demonstrations, punishments, c) The process of internalizing values -The value of caring for the environment through PAI learning has several stages, namely: a) Understanding, b) Habituation c) Exemplary. 2) The factors
that influence the internalization of environmental care values through PAI learning are 2 factors, namely: a) Internal factors, after understanding the material about environmental care values, there will be a sense of responsibility in students so that students are motivated to protecting the environment, b) External factors, in the process of internalizing the values of caring for the environment at The Kacang Pedang Natural School Pangkalpinang, the school conditions are very supportive. The environment depicts natural conditions with trees and a semi-open classroom environment, so that everything that is done is directly related to nature.
